Ed Forbes and I were married in 1975, lived in Laurinburg until August of 1978, and moved to Elizabeth City, NC. Some of you might remember Ed when he worked at Scotland County Rec. Dept. Elizabeth City has been home for 32 years. After a 3 years battle with cancer, Ed died in 2007. Since I retired in October 2007, I have enjoyed retirement with travels, spending time in Laurinburg with my Mom (age 90) and family. If you are on facebook, please send a friend invite. I post a lot of pictures from my travels so that friends may enjoy them. Next trip is in Sept to Niagara Falls and Canada. I have already marked my calendar for the Class Reunion and plan on going since I haven't been able to attend since the 10th one. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
